• Can't log in, or using the app? Submit the form below with topic Account deletion request from the email on your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your account and login (web and app sessions), profile details, profile photo and intro video, your Sundays and drafts, and your support chats. Your name is replaced with “Deleted user” on bookings, messages and reviews other people still need.

What we keep: payment and transaction records that Stripe and MeFor3 must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes, plus a record of this request. If you have an upcoming paid booking, please cancel it first (or tell us here) so the other person isn't left stranded.
