How MeFor3 works

MeFor3 is a marketplace where locals offer three hours of real life , and travelers book a hang — not a checklist of monuments. If it sounds like a tour guide pitch, it does not belong here.

Find a Sunday — browse approved listings, pick a weekend slot, and pay securely to request the hang.

Offer my Sunday — describe your ordinary routine, accept the Terms, and submit. New listings start as pending until an admin approves them for the public browse page. Hosts can post multiple Sunday options (market, fishing, sunrise walk, and so on).

1. No landmarks. Famous monuments and sightseeing bait are rejected in moderation.
2. Real routine. Market runs, neighborhood walks, bakery stops, quiet parks — how you actually spend a Sunday.
3. 3 hours only. Every hang is a fixed three-hour window. Keep it human-sized.

1. Traveler books an approved Sunday and pays online (Stripe). MeFor3 holds the money — the host is not paid yet.
2. About 3 hours before start, we email the traveler a 4-digit meetup PIN (also available in My Sundays — same idea as a rideshare code).
3. In person, the host enters that PIN before starting. That proves both showed up.
4. After the PIN is verified, MeFor3 releases the host's payout (minus the platform fee). Either person may still end the hang early — no pressure.

Read our safety guide and Terms of Use .

• Travelers can cancel from My Sundays only if the hang is at least 7 days away . Inside that window, traveler cancel is not available.
• Hosts may cancel even on the day of the meetup (for example if they feel unwell), as long as payout has not already been released. The traveler gets a full refund .
• After 3 host cancellations , the host account is disabled . An admin decides whether to re-enable it.
• Eligible refunds usually appear on your statement in 5–10 business days (depends on your bank — Stripe's timing).

• Hosts finish Stripe Connect payout setup once (Host → Payouts). Until that is ready, travelers can browse but cannot complete paid checkout.
• When a traveler books, MeFor3 charges them and holds the funds on the platform.
• The host receives payment only after the traveler's meetup PIN is verified in person — so a host who never shows up does not get paid.
• MeFor3 keeps a 15% platform fee; the rest goes to the host.
• If a traveler never shows and never received/opened a PIN, the host can mark traveler no-show after a short grace period past the start time and still get paid (no refund to the traveler). If a PIN was already emailed or opened, that claim becomes a dispute for admin review instead of an automatic payout.
